At PuzzlMe, we want you to love your purchase. Thatβs why we offer a 30-day exchange policy, giving you the option to request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that returns are only accepted if the product packaging is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong item.

Once your request is approved, weβll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
