    At PuzzlMe, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day exchange policy, giving you the option to request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
    Please note that returns are only accepted if the product packaging is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong item.

    Please note:

    • Our Free Delivery policy does not apply to exchanges.

    • A delivery fee of up to $10 will be charged for the exchange.

    • Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

    • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
